Rich, concentrated source of dairy fat, our Anhydrous Milk Fat is a high-purity butterfat product with practically all the water eliminated. For commercial kitchens, bakers, and food makers searching for consistent, premium fat improving taste and texture, it is ideal.

Characteristic:
Pure and clean odor, free from abnormal flavors, uniform yellow colour, liquid or solid form. 

Applications:
Recombined dairy products, confectionery, bakery and pastry, ice-cream, sauces and spreads.

Storage:
Product must be stored in a cool, dry place, keep temperature below 20ºC and avoiding direct sun , product has a 1 year shelf life in the original packing. AMF may be transported and stored without refrigeration
